Tailored Tails Pet Spa is a one-on-one, kennel-free pet spa located in a calming, home environment. Find the white brick with the pink door and you’ve got the right place! The lobby and salon space are separate and kept clean and ready for your grooming experience. There are no children or cats at this location, personal pets are kept separate from spa clients. The lobby is located right through the pink door and there is a pet waste cleanup station conveniently located right next to the entry door. If your pet needs to relieve themselves, we just ask that you utilize the cleanup station and try to avoid the flowerbeds.

Meet The Groomer
Crystal is the Tailored Tails Pet Spa groomer. She is an experienced, high-quality groomer who has serviced thousands of individual pets in her career. She has years of pet grooming experience and is passionate about continued education and training. She’s up to date on the latest grooming trends and pet health. Crystal expanded into creative services and found a passion for mixing pet care and safety, with unique owner vision.
Crystal began her career years ago in corporate salons, and witnessed firsthand the drawbacks that come with them. If you are searching for a groomer who prioritizes the health and safety of your pet, and the quality of their grooming experience, look no further. Tailored Tails Pet Spa provides experienced and customized care in a calming environment and that starts with our staff.
Check In
The lobby is located right through the pink door. If you arrive sooner than 15 minutes before your appointment time, the door will be locked. This is to ensure the safety of pets who may be waiting for pickup in our lobby area. Our check in station is right by the lobby door, so simply knock or ring to notify us of your arrival and we will promptly welcome you in. If you arrive while another groom is in, you will see a Do Not Disturb sign. We will welcome you as soon as we have a free hand!
Once inside the lobby we have a Weigh-In Station, Leash Ln Lobby Holding Area, Check-In Desk. We will evaluate your pet for grooming services, discuss your desired cut other related grooming notes, and review any other details. Your pet will move back to the salon space with your groomer after check-in is complete!

Salon Space
Tailored Tails Pet Spa is uniquely designed to create an all-in-one grooming room which allows enough space for your pet to move about and feel comfortable, but also have a special space all to themselves during the groom. Full hands on care the entire time, and they never have to go into a kennel means they can have all their necessary hygienic needs cared for without transferring from one cage to the next, around other stranger animals. The salon room is well suited for pet families who love to come in together as well!
